Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


How long does shipping take?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5 –14  business days (Monday to Friday)
    We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.


 How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 USD for standard shipping on all U.S. orders. This includes tracking.


 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.


 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@bentleycove.com.
If your order has already shipped, you can request a return once it is delivered.


 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@bentleycove.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.


 How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
